1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through
thequietroom.eu, operated by FUTURA S.R.L.

The Quiet Room sells to consumers primarily in Italy and the European Economic Area
and may offer new, used, refurbished, personalised and digital products.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and accept these Terms.

2. Orders, prices and payments

Prices include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Payments may be made using the methods available at checkout, including WooPayments,
PayPal and Klarna.

The contract is concluded when The Quiet Room sends the order confirmation.
If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, the customer will be informed and fully refunded.

Orders may be changed or cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.
Discount codes and promotions may be subject to specific conditions and validity periods.

3. Delivery and digital products

Delivery estimates are shown on the website and may vary depending on the product,
supplier, destination and shipping method. Product-specific estimates take precedence
over general delivery times.

Some products may be shipped directly by suppliers or logistics partners.

Digital products may be available immediately after payment.
Where required by law, customers must expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge
the loss of the right of withdrawal once the download or digital supply begins.

4. Returns and right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within
14 days from delivery, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

The Quiet Room offers free return shipping for eligible withdrawals.
Refunds are normally issued using the original payment method and include the cost of
the standard delivery option originally offered.

Extra costs for premium or express delivery are not required to be refunded.

The right of withdrawal may not apply to personalised or made-to-order goods
and may be lost for digital content supplied immediately after the customer’s
express consent and acknowledgement.

5. Legal guarantee and defective products

Products are covered by the statutory legal guarantee provided by applicable consumer law.
New goods are generally covered for two years from delivery.

For used or refurbished goods, the guarantee period may be reduced where permitted by law
and expressly agreed with the customer, but not below one year.

If a product is defective or does not conform to the contract, the customer may be entitled
to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, depending on the circumstances and
applicable law.

Customers are encouraged to report transport damage as soon as possible and provide
photographs or videos where useful. This does not affect mandatory consumer rights.

6. Applicable law and contact

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Italian law.
Consumers resident in another EU/EEA country retain any mandatory protections granted
by the laws applicable to them.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or waived.
