Before you order
Processing
Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Processing times may vary by product and supplier.
Transit
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout or on the product page and may vary depending on destination, supplier and courier. Average 4 to 10 days.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be sent by email by The Quiet Room or the courier.

Returns can be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Condition
Products should be returned complete, with all accessories and original packaging where possible, and should only have been handled as necessary to inspect them.
How to start
